1. Membership Overview
The Nellie Unlimited Membership gives students unlimited access to scheduled group Pilates classes at Nellie Studio for £95 per month.
This membership is subject to class availability, booking rules, cancellation rules, and the terms set out below.
2. Minimum Commitment Period
The Student Unlimited Membership has an initial minimum term of 3 months.
By signing up, you agree to pay for the first 3 monthly membership payments.
You may not cancel the membership during the initial 3-month minimum term, except where required by law or agreed by Nellie Studio in writing.
3. Monthly Rolling Membership After the Minimum Term
After the initial 3-month minimum term, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis.
You may cancel your membership after the initial 3-month term by giving notice in accordance with our cancellation process.
4. Membership Fee and Payment
The membership fee is £95 per month.
Payments will be collected monthly using the payment method you provide when signing up.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are valid and that sufficient funds are available.
If a payment fails, we may contact you to arrange payment. We may suspend your ability to book or attend classes until any outstanding payment has been made.
5. Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership once the initial 3-month minimum term has been completed.
Cancellation must be completed via Mindbody.
6. Booking Classes
Classes must be booked in advance through our booking system.
Membership does not guarantee a space in any specific class. Spaces are subject to availability.
You are responsible for managing your own bookings and cancellations.
7. Late Cancellation and No-Show Fee
If you cancel a booked class less than 12 hours before the class start time, this will be treated as a late cancellation.
If you do not attend a booked class, or you are not checked in by the teacher, this will be treated as a no-show.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged at £9 per class.
This fee is separate from your monthly membership fee and will be charged to your stored payment method.
We apply this fee because late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from attending fully booked classes.
8. Memberships Cannot Be Shared
Your membership is personal to you.
Memberships cannot be shared, transferred, sold, or used by anyone else.
If another person attempts to use your membership, we may suspend or cancel your membership.
9. Studio Rules and Conduct
You agree to follow all studio rules, teacher instructions, and health and safety guidance.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from a class if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or negatively affects other clients or staff.
10. Health and Fitness
You are responsible for making sure that you are fit and well enough to take part in Pilates classes.
You must tell the teacher before class if you have any injury, illness, pregnancy, medical condition, or anything else that may affect your ability to participate safely.
You should stop exercising immediately and inform the teacher if you feel unwell or experience pain during a class.
11. Changes to Classes or Timetable
We may change our timetable, teachers, class types, or class times from time to time.
We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
Membership gives access to available scheduled classes but does not guarantee that any particular class, teacher, or timetable will continue indefinitely.
12. Changes to Membership Terms or Price
We may update these terms or change the membership price in the future.
Where a change affects your membership, we will give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
If you do not wish to accept a change after your initial 3-month minimum term has ended, you may cancel your membership before the change applies.
13. Cancellation by the Studio
We may cancel or suspend your membership if:
you fail to make payment;
you repeatedly late cancel or no-show;
you breach these terms;
you share or attempt to share your membership;
you behave in a way that is unsafe, abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive;
you are no longer eligible for the Student Unlimited Membership.
Where reasonable, we will contact you before cancelling your membership.
14. Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a membership month has started.
Refunds may be offered at our discretion or where required by law.
15. Agreement
By purchasing the Nellie Unlimited Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
