Book A Class

All of our classes are suitable for all levels. We do not offer separate beginner and advanced classes. All of our teachers are trained to provide layered sequences so there are options for the absolute beginner all the way to the seasoned pro.

Our Classes

  • Slow, controlled movement that flows. Pilates Sculpt uses light weights (1–2kg), but don’t be fooled, you will discover muscles you didn’t even know you had. Expect full-body burn, great music, and lots of layers. All levels.

  • Mindful full-body movement, with a little more load. Pilates Strength introduces slightly heavier weights (up to 5kg) in a controlled and accessible way. We take muscles to fatigue to support lean muscle growth, with progressive layers to keep things interesting. All levels.

  • Our Vinyasa Flow classes are dynamic, breath-led and thoughtfully sequenced to build strength, body awareness and inner fire. Expect creative flows that link breath with movement and a balance between ease and effort. You’ll leave feeling grounded, energised and reconnected to yourself, both on and off the mat.

  • A dynamic fusion of ballet and Pilates, Barre focuses on strength, mobility, and endurance, while moving to the beat of the music. Using small, controlled movements, this class is all about form, posture, and alignment while building stamina and deep muscular strength. Walk out standing taller, feeling strong, flexible, and maybe even like you’re ready to sign up for the Royal Ballet.

  • Men are welcome to join any of our classes at Nellie, however, this class is focused specifically on men’s bodies and common injuries. This class is for men who want to improve core strength, reduce persistent back pain, manage disc bulge diagnoses, increase flexibility and mobility, and build truly stable foundations.
